All bed linens, bathroom towels, beach towels are provided. Our English speaking Property Manager will be happy to assist you in any way he can. Once a week pool maintenance is included, so is the garbage pick-up service. We provide a 20 kg bottle of propane gas and an initial bottle of drinking water. Electricity is a tenant's responsibility and will be calculated upon departure.

50 % deposit is required at the time of bookings: Credit Card, PayPal, or Cash in Person.

You can feel secure if your plans change. We will gladly issue a refund for your deposit.
100% refund with 90 days written cancelation notice before your booking date.

Less than 30 days Deposit is not refundable.
