Our villa has 2 large bedrooms upstairs, both with balconies and fantastic oceanfront views. The bedrooms have a king and a queen bed, respectively. Each has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and walk-in closet. The studio room downstairs could be used as a 3rd bedroom /it has a large sectional sofa that opens to queen size sleeper/ Private well and US standards pressure systems provide reliable water delivery to all 3 bathrooms. You’ll find complete comfort and convenience here with 4 split AC’s, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and cookware, a gas-lit stove, a new refrigerator/freezer/ice-maker, and plenty of pantry shelves behind cabinet doors. The separate laundry room holds a large-capacity washer and dryer. We offer comfortable couch and chairs in the living room, a large dining room table that sits 6+, 2 flat large screen TV, and fast fiber internet with free Netflix, Wi-Fi throughout the house thanks to double routers amplifying the signal. Three patios are on this villa property, each with its own furniture and hammock hooks. The back patio provides an unobstructed view of the ocean with multiple chairs to lounge in and soak up the sun.
